History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Richard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and he wants revenge against orcs

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carter for the past few years.
