History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His childhood dream was to be a Jeweler, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Jocelyn was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bellfounder. He now mingles about in high society.

Outside of the suit he wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Richard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Richard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
