Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a Carter, his father struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and is pretty ugly. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Peter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and doesn't want to be a server and was forced into it by his family

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears brown trousers with white and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He usually wears his brown robe and has his nunchaku always slung over his shoulder. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

History: Don was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second son.
