History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Heward was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heward's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Percival fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a Dilettante soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
