His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has wavy white hair. Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. History: Born in the north to a Bookbinder, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Unemployed like his mother before him.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Stableman.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult; and money/treasure

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barkeep but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

He wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He sports a flattop hair cut. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father
