History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lewis embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Lewis and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born in the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shane studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
