History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Richard was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Roofer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He is lean but muscular and is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balimaar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Motivation: He is content; and sabotage a competitor

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He usually wears his grey robe and has his crossbow always slung over his shoulder. His silver hair is cut short. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Aldous reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a green coat over a pastel low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Anselm was raised in a hard working conservative environment. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has money and likes to spend it
