Description: He wears a white tunic with tan highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes, and he perpetually has his axe ready. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Kyle was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break

History: Born in the north to a Herbalist, Aldous learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to end his boredom
