Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. Lance was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
