History: Shane hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Shane alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ralf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
