Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Frederick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Frederick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. A true patriot, Ernest would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A 5'9" northern man, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Voice: Speaks fast with a slight lisp

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a simple tan robe with black stripes complete with hood, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to share knowledge with the world
