History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has worked as a Herbalist like his father before him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Herbalist who has hired him part-time. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Herbalist for hire.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants his loneliness to end

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
