Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is red and very short. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is greedy

Description: An older man who is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, he is not a threatening figure. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. He is baby faced.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
