Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nicholas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nicholas. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
