History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alex grew up listening to his father's many stories. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. He has a very tight haircut. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker white hat.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bernard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content
