Description: He very much looks the part of a Shepherd. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Shepherd and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. He has wavy blonde hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Baker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Frederick speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Frederick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barber. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.
