Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Justin reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

His first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
