Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
