History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Chad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
