History: Jocelyn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: He likes to wear black tank tops with white pants. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears his silver hair up. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a bowyer and was forced into it by his family
