History: Kody was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Carter. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult
