History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Diggory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He is typically in his Gardener uniform. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Gardener and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears an entirely green suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Adelard was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He wears just a blue suit. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This slender man stands about 5'6". He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is golden and very short. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he desires power and/or immortality
