History: Born in the south to a Bather, Percival learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Percival took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
