Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears suspenders and red workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy red leather apron most of the time. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has shaved his head bald. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Raymond is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is content

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a blue vest and prefers green and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His tied-back hair is brown. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family After coming to the age of reason, Theodoric took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a halberd on his belt. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Peter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is an amazing painter.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ernest was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ernest decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption
