History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Roland's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
