Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He wears dull green sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Heward will drive conversation. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Detective business.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to be a animal trainer again

Description: He wears a pastel vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his pastel boots flare out at the collars. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Dustin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker tan hat.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to share knowledge with the world
