History: He is a Hag in disguise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of brigands
