History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the east to a Locksmith, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He now owns his own business.
