Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roland was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
