History: He comes from a rich western family. His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the east to a Roofer, Theobald learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently the stress of being a Roofer has made it difficult for him to sleep.
