History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed father left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

The war was a terrible time for him, and Reynard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Frederick decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
