Description: He very much looks the part of a Gardener. He is physically well-built. His chestnut hair is cut short. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: To be a Barber again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and sports empty pouches on his belt. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his feathered pastel hat.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and regain custody of his son

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Manfred speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Manfred enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Priest.

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He is portly but not overly obese. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.
