Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Richard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Heward was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and many illithids want him driven away
