Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has shaved his head bald. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Hubert hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hubert grew up listening to his father's many stories. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his singing dream.
