History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears dull tan sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed axe, just in case. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugh embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. He has blue eyes and a black hat with a grey feather.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Dean was born the youngest of three triplets. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a soapmaker and was forced into it by his family

History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a black collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a yellow scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His black hair is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born to a Map Maker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Interpreter. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Interpreter responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
