Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: William was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
