Description: He is in excellent shape and is dressed in earthy colors with a black and grey handkerchief worn on his right side. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and to clean up the streets

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Henry was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Map Maker. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has achieved small success as a Guard.
