History: He was born in the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He has achieved small success as a Ploughman.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Cory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Trym was born with his father's beautiful face. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He bought a longbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To protect his home; and many illithids want him driven away
