He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Roger was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Roger's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
