Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Animal Trainer, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugh embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Diggory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed.
