Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after William was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
