History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Alex's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Beggar. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Cory's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to find somewhere to settle down
