Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Adelard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Adelard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Adelard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Patrick is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Patrick has worked very hard to control his curse. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
