He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away.
