He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Roger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is wearing a long, violet, dusty cloak. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Gerald hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
