History: Gifted from a young age, Shane studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Shane took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His hair is golden and very short. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Richard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Richard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He became a Knight soon after.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his sister
