Through the years after Don was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Don's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Geoffrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Interpreter, and he later adopted a second son.
