History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Bertram hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with his Sailor mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
