Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and revenge

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Ernest wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Ernest is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in a small island village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bricklayer, and he later adopted a second son.
