Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Roland is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
